Imagine being successfully guided to bring the 6 key elements of WHO you are and WHAT you do together. The Career Seeker Roadmap has a repeatable framework for your success. It’s a 3-step process designed to help you Explore, Measure, and then Pursue many careers that may be perfect for you. The Core Passion Journal is your travel guide for applying this learning to your life.
First you will be guided to Explore with the Inner Journey and the Outer Journey. Both will provide valuable clarity as you move forward on the Career Seeker Roadmap. Each Journey has a series of activities and actions to investigate and research and questions to ask as you explore. The Inner Journey takes you on an exploration of who you are in greater detail to understand your passion and purpose that is driving you to succeed in a career. The Outer Journey takes you on a deeper study of the career opportunities you are considering by exploring environment, industry, and occupation.
Second, you will Measure and compare what you discovered in the Inner and Outer Journeys. You will rate and compare your personal driving forces of passion with possible career opportunities. You can keep tweaking and adjusting the opportunities details until you find a really good fit.
Third you will Pursue your future career path by creating a Personal Learning Program and Career Readiness Plan to prepare for this career.
