About the Founders of Core Passion

Lori Palm is the CEO of Core Passion Inc. The company is dedicated to the conducting and sharing of research and the creation of patented methodologies and tools that can be applied to pursuing personal and employee development related to career paths, job satisfaction, and personal and work relationships. Her diverse business experience includes earning a degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota; achieving a Series 7 License in financial services; and creating and owning several entrepreneurial enterprises including: a production company (communications and branding), a music studio, a speakers’ bureau, and even an ostrich ranch. Her portfolio of knowledge and skills, her curiosity and passion for passion has resulted in her being recognized as a global thought leader in the measurement and application of passion to life and business. 

Wes Hamilton is the V.P. of Sales and Marketing of Core Passion Inc. As the Chief Spiritual Officer, he has a unique gift of working with clients who seek measurable business results as well as individuals who are seeking the next step on their personal path towards a life with purpose. As President of Insights Consulting & Training, he weaves ancient wisdom and modern technology to create win-win outcomes. As a Master Numerologist, clients throughout the world seek his guidance and insight regarding important decisions. Wes’s expertise is developing interpersonal and intrapersonal skills to enhance the performance of human energy with leadership, collaboration, and engagement while creating a practice of work-life balance.
